551 2024 / 2025 < GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS 8.2 All invoices must be settled within the respective times, unless written agreement exists otherwise wich is accepted by both parties. 8.3 Supplies which are not paid for on time shall be subject to late payment interest in accordance with the terms set out in legislation calculated from the payment date of the respective invoice. The possible existence of outstanding situations shall in no circumstances be accepted as justification for non-timely payment of any invoice. 8.4 Supplies shall be suspended whenever there exists any situation of non-compliance by a client. 8.5 Clients who have their credit suspended shall not be supplied with any orders. 8.6 Compliance with payment times is understood to be, the date of receipt at our Financial Department, of the respective means of settlement. 8.7 If before the total or partial compliance with an order, should facts or circumstance come to light which provide grounds to believe that a client will not pay, SANITANAmay suspend the delivery of products if the client does not pay in advance or guarantee the payment within the time stipulated. 8.8 These conditions enter into force immediately and cancel and replace the previous conditions. They may be changed without prior notice. 9. WARRANTY 9.1 Our products, whenever they are used and installed in accordance with our instructions, are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years for products purchased after 01/01/2022 and 2 years for products purchased before 12/31/2021, except in cases in which a different guarantee time or specific conditions are stipulated in the respective products document. 9.2 In all cases, for the guarantee to take effect, the defective product must be returned and the defect must be accepted by our technical services department. 9.3 The costs of replacing products accepted under warranty will be paid by SANITANA. 10. COMPLAINTS 10.1 Complaints must be presented within 10 working days after the loading date of the order or within the period referred to in point 6.2 of the delivery conditions. 10.2 After observation by our technicians, should it be seen that the complaint has legitimate grounds, Sanitana shall only be responsible for the repair or, as a last resort, the replacement of the item with an similar product. 10.3 Should the complaint be groundless and the item is in perfect condition to be sold, clients have 10 working days to collect said item from our warehouse, after communication has been sent to this effect. 11. RETURNS 11.1 All returns of products are subject to our prior acceptance. 11.2 Authorised returns may be subject to costs relating to receipt, testing, inspection and devaluation to be agreed on a case-by- case basis with the client. 11.3 In no case shall returns be accepted of: 11.3.1 Sanitaryware of models and/or colours which are not part of the current range at that time; 11.3.2 Hydromassage bath tubs and furniture. 12. VALIDITY 12.1 These conditions apply to the products on the Price List and are valid until 31/12/2024, except if stated otherwise. 12.2 Should the conditions established above not be complied with, SANITANA reserves the right to act as it sees fit. 13. JURISDICTION 13.1 Clients and SANITANA expressly accept the jurisdiction of the Courts of Anadia, Portugal.
